The school of Film, Music and Performing Arts at Leeds Beckett University are inviting expressions of interest for the role of external examiner for the BA (Hons) Dance programme.
The Dance course at Leeds Beckett is an innovative programme built on a foundation of daily technical and creative practices that are studied alongside and through a critical, academic framework. Students study and explore a wide range of improvisatory, choreographic and teaching methodologies through a variety of modules covering; collaborative & interdisciplinary making, solo making, historical repertory, cultural perspectives, digital & site-based making, community practices, professional practice. The outstanding teaching team at Leeds Beckett, are all professional performance makers/directors/artists as well as actively involved in research.

The contract is for a fixed term of 4 academic years and you would be required to attend live performances of student work and exam boards twice yearly.
All travel and associated costs will be reimbursed.
